Yes, if you email us with product name and manufacturers code (where possible) and we will get back to you with price and availability. If you then provide us with your name, delivery address and a telephone number for payment details we will order this item for you and process as normal.


I live outside the UK, are you able to ship there? How much is it in my local currency?

Yes, if you place your order as normal on the ee33.co.uk website we will add the shipping costs (listed on www.ee33.co.uk/shipping.asp). We will charge you in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and your card company will convert to your local currency. You may like to have a look on www.oanda.com for a rough conversion.
When placing your order please be sure to put your card address down exactly as it appears on your statement so that we can get authorisation on it.

Unfortunately, the manufacturers will not supply us with these items. You will need to contact the manufacturer direct. Most of the manufacturers that we deal with have their own website with a ďcontact usĒ section. If you email them with your request they will usually sort these spares out for you.

We will not sell a knife or anything with a blade to anyone under the age of 18. We actively check that all customers buying these items are aged over 18 years. One of our sources of information is the UK Register of Electors. If we have been unable to satisfactorily confirm your age. You will then be contacted and asked to send to us proof of your age by post, email or photo-SMS. This may be in the form of a copy of your passport, driving licence or a utility bill. We will then release your order and you will not need to provide this information again as it will be held on file.

Yes, if you want to place an order just email us with the product codes, your name, delivery address and a telephone number we will email you back with a total amount and our bank details and you can then deposit this direct into our account. As soon as it clears we can process your order as normal.

Yes, we do have a knife sharpening service. If you would like to send the knife to us we will contact you with an estimate of the price which will include signature-on-delivery back to you. The cost should be between £9 and £20 (GBP) depending on the condition of the blade when we receive it.

Yes, we accept Postal Orders and Paypal. However we will require proof of age if you are using either of these methods. This is because we will not be able to satisfactorily confirm your age as over eighteen. Proof may be in the form of a copy of your passport, driving licence or a utility bill. Please note that once your age has been confirmed, any future orders will be free of age verification delays.

Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006 (WEEE) we are pleased to offer our customers the facility to return their old equipment when they purchase a new item from us. This WEEE take-back is offered on a like-for-like basis. For instance, if you purchase a new flashlight from us, we will dispose of your old flashlight.
If you would like to take advantage of our WEEE take-back service, please contact us in the first instance to obtain a returns reference number. Hereís how to contact us:

When you return your item to us, you are responsible for postage charges. The address to which your WEEE return should come is:

Under the WEEE regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
